LONE STAR SPAS

Privacy Policy

Updated September 9, 2026

This policy explains how Lone Star Spas handles information collected through lonestartxspas.com and related inquiries. To ask a privacy question or make a request, call (855) 936-4002.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, qualification answers, product selections and consent choices. If you book a consultation, we also collect appointment details. We use this information to handle your request, coordinate with our sales team, maintain customer records and measure inquiry and sales outcomes.

Website information and cookies

Our website infrastructure receives information such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages. When lead tracking is enabled, we keep a first-party visitor identifier, your first and most recent visit information, referral and campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers. The visitor cookie lasts approximately 90 days. Raw visit URLs and campaign information are retained in our restricted first-party records.

Optional advertising and analytics tracking requires your separate tracking choice. Declining it does not prevent you from browsing or submitting an inquiry. When available, use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your choice. A change applies to future tracking and does not recall information already sent.

Advertising and analytics

If you accept tracking, we use Meta and Google tools to measure visits, product interest, survey activity, inquiries, appointments and verified sales. These tools may use cookies and advertising identifiers to associate activity with ads. Consented conversion measurement may include hashed contact information for matching; hashing does not make that information anonymous. We do not put your contact details in ordinary analytics event parameters.

Learn about these providers’ practices in the Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Who receives information

Our authorized sales team and service providers receive information needed to operate the website, handle inquiries and appointments, maintain records and measure performance. These include Cloudflare for hosting and first-party storage, HighLevel for customer records and scheduling, Google for restricted reporting, and Slack for internal lead notifications. Advertising information is shared with Meta and Google when you accept the relevant tracking. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud and security threats.

Contact preferences

Permission to contact you is separate from advertising and analytics consent. Optional marketing permission is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or buying a product. You can ask our team to stop marketing contact by calling the number above. If you receive marketing email or text messages, you can also use the unsubscribe instructions in that message.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry and customer records for handling requests, maintaining business records and meeting applicable obligations. Cookie expiration does not delete a submitted inquiry. Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask to opt out of advertising sharing. Call the number above; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes.

Other sites and updates

Linked services have their own privacy policies. We may update this policy as our services change; the date above identifies this version. This website is intended for adults shopping for backyard products.
