LONE STAR OWNER SUPPORT

Confidence starts
with clear coverage.

Your spa is part of your home. Here’s how to understand your warranty and get the right help when you need it.

Your written warranty comes first.

Coverage depends on your model, equipment and purchase. Review the written limited warranty supplied with your spa for the applicable coverage periods, conditions, exclusions and claim process. This guide does not replace or extend that warranty.

BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE

Know what’s covered.

Ask your Lone Star advisor for the warranty that applies to your exact model and configuration. Review these areas together:

Shell & surface

Check structural and surface-finish coverage separately, including the types of defects addressed.

Equipment & plumbing

Review the terms for pumps, heaters, controls, fittings and plumbing, including any prorated periods.

Cabinet & accessories

Confirm the terms for cabinet panels, lighting, optional equipment and the cover. Separate components may have separate warranties.

Labor & service costs

Ask how labor, service visits, travel, shipping, removal and reinstallation are handled.

AFTER DELIVERY

Keep the details together.

  1. Save your documents. Keep your purchase agreement, proof of purchase, delivery date, model, serial number and written warranty.
  2. Complete registration. Follow the registration instructions and deadline in your warranty documents.
  3. Follow the owner’s manual. Use the installation, water-care, electrical and winterization instructions for your exact model. Keep care and service records.
  4. Plan for access. Leave the service clearances specified for your model so equipment can be reached when needed.
IF YOU NEED HELP

Make a service request easier.

Contact the advisor or dealer listed on your purchase paperwork. Have your model and serial number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video ready. Include any displayed error message and when the issue began.

Follow the owner’s manual to prevent further damage and contact your service provider before arranging repairs that may affect coverage.

Common questions

Is every model covered for the same length of time?

No single coverage period is stated for every model here. Your model’s written warranty identifies the applicable periods and conditions.

Does the warranty include every service cost?

Review labor, travel, shipping and installation-related costs in the written warranty. Ask your advisor to explain any owner responsibility before purchase or service.

Does coverage transfer if I sell my spa?

Check the purchaser and transfer provisions in your written warranty. Do not assume coverage transfers to a new owner.

Manufacturer manuals & resources

Use these manufacturer references alongside the documents supplied with your product. Match the model and year before following instructions or reviewing coverage.
